We stumbled across an absolute hidden gem for our trip to Ibiza, and I honestly can't believe how reasonably priced it was. It ended up being one of the nicest hotels I've ever stayed in. Just a short drive from the airport, this beautiful boutique hotel is Can Domo, and it exceeded all of our expectations.

We booked a room with our own private rooftop terrace, complete with the most incredible views. That said, every room we saw looked equally stunning, with a beautiful blend of rustic charm and luxury.

One of my favourite touches was the honesty bar by the pool, where you could help yourself to drinks and snacks throughout the day, or order food from the menu whenever you fancied. It created such a relaxed, laid-back atmosphere.

Breakfast was another highlight. There was an incredible selection of fresh options alongside a cooked breakfast menu, so there was something for everyone and it was the perfect way to start each morning.

We only ate dinner at the hotel once during our stay. The evening menu is fairly small and leans towards more refined, fine-dining style dishes, so it's worth bearing that in mind. However, the lunch menu looked absolutely incredible, especially the paella, which we'd definitely try next time.

We did visit in May so slightly out of season, but for just £200 for three nights, this hotel was worth every single penny. From the stunning setting and beautiful rooms to the exceptional service and peaceful atmosphere, I genuinely couldn't recommend Can Domo more. It's a place we'll definitely be returning to on our next trip to Ibiza.
